Financial Planning Analyst

Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x/week
What you will do (responsibilities):
- Analyze financial performance through monthly actuals vs. budget reporting.
- Prepare and present financial results to stakeholders ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Manage and manipulate large data sets from multiple systems; extract consolidate and transform information for reporting purposes.
- Monitor key financial metrics such as EBIT cash flow and operating expenses.
- Support financial planning processes across multiple markets (South America and North America).
- Contribute to the development of business cases and financial analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business strategy.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes data quality and financial performance.
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or related field.
- Previous internship or early professional experience in finance or related areas.
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis modeling reporting).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and challenge assumptions.
- Critical thinking mindset with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with ability to present financial information in a simple and clear way.
- Experience working with data and financial systems.
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Adaptability flexibility and ability to learn quickly (learn on the fly).
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in team environments.
What can give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of OneStream or similar financial consolidation systems.
- Exposure to multinational environments or multi-market operations.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated innovation mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
