New Horizons Primary Schoolis seeking to appoint a newly qualifiedEarly CareerTeacher (ECT)to join our team on a fixed term basis. We are looking for someone who has the drive skills and passion to work at our primary academy based in Portsmouth within either KS1 or KS2.

As a member of our teaching team you will benefit from our commitment to developing practitioners with unrivalled opportunities for progression. With the support of an experienced mentor during your ECT induction we will providea nurturing environment in which to advance your teaching and expertise.

*Fixed Term until 31/08/2027*

We are looking for a Teacher who will:

  • PossessQualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Demonstrate a deep passion forprimary education
  • Exhibitoutstanding classroom practice fostering high standards of achievement and behaviour.
  • Design and deliver acreative engaging and stimulating curriculum.
  • Be committed to continuous improvement both for pupils and through personalCPD opportunities.
  • Bring a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to our school community.
  • Actively contribute to the positive ethos and development ofNew Horizons Primary School
