As a Locum MD you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive medical care managing patient assessments and developing treatment plans. Your expertise will contribute to the health and well-being of our community ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care during their visits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Manage ongoing patient care and follow-up
- Provide preventive care and health education to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice
- Stay updated on the latest medical practices and guidelines
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active medical license to practice in the state
- Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care
- Strong clinical skills and patient management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced medical setting
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts 4 days/week
- Daily Census: 20 patients
- Patient Population: 12
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Paid travel & expenses
