Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long Term Care for an exciting Travel or Local job in Grand Junction CO.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents according to care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and records
- Support infection control and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Colorado or compact state
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment
