Job Summary
Job Title: Occupational Therapist Post Acute Care
Location: Grand Junction CO
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $75/hr
Contract Duration: 16 Weeks
Shift: Days Shift Length: 8 Hours Guaranteed Hours: 30 Hours/Week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist Post Acute Care for an exciting Travel or Local job in Grand Junction CO.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop occupational therapy treatment plans
- Assist patients with improving daily living and functional skills
- Implement therapeutic interventions and adaptive techniques
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with rehabilitation and nursing teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and exercises
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Colorado or compact eligibility
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Previous LTC or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
- Current BLS certification preferred
