We are currently seeking a Part Time Facilities Assistant to provide support to the Facilities Manager in relation to vehicles and properties.

About the Role
This is a Part-Time position 3-4 days a week negotiable for the right candidate.
Assisting with sourcing of new vehicles and the facilitation of repairs and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
Assist in auditing residentials.
Assisting with sourcing and setup of new residentials and offices.
Assisting with maintenance repairs and upkeep of residentials and offices.
Providing administrative support to the Facilities Manager and Corporate Services Division.
This role requires driving to alternate locations to transport vehicles or resources.
Essential Criteria
At least two years experience as an Administration Assistant.
Efficient computer skills including high level keyboard skills experience with Microsoft packages email and the internet.
Demonstrated ability to use discretion with confidential and sensitive information
Effective oral and written communication.
Ability to set priorities effectively manage time take initiative and undertake a range of duties with limited supervision.
Driver Licence Class C (Open) and a willingness to drive.
Ability to obtain Child Safety and Personal History Check (LCS2).
Ability to obtain paid Blue Card.
