A growing Manly-based architecture studio is looking for a confident Architectural Project Coordinator to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the detail keeping things moving and working closely with a supportive group of architects who value clear communication practical thinking and a low-ego approach.

What youll be doing
Support project teams across documentation coordination and delivery tasks
Assist with DA DD CC/CD and construction-stage drawing packages
Coordinate information between consultants clients and internal teams
Support Project Leaders with programme tracking and project administration
Manage project correspondence meeting notes and consultant updates
Work across multiple projects at different stages of the lifecycle
Help maintain documentation quality and project information flow
What youll need
Relevant architectural qualification
Strong Revit capability
Experience producing DA DD and CC/CD documentation
Exposure to large scale projects
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and project responsibilities
Practical organised approach with strong attention to detail
