Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of cross-platform desktop and cloud-hosted web applications that host our advanced speech AI models. This role offers an opportunity to design scalable high performance systems for Windows Mac Linux and Cloud environments and lead groundbreaking work in self-supervised learning large-scale pretraining language processing and multimodal architecture.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning Deep Learning Natural Language Processing or Speech Processing and 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer Software Development Engineer Senior Software Engineer Senior Software Developer or related
- Must also possess: 2 years of professional software development experience building complex high-performance applications especially those with real-time or near-real-time capabilities
- 2 years of experience advancing accessibility and assistive technologies with a focus on user-centric design for diverse user groups
- 2 years of experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) including deploying and managing machine learning models
- 1 year of hands-on experience developing and deploying large-scale models in at least two of the following areas: Speech-to-text (ASR) Text-to-speech (TTS) Voice conversion and speech enhancement or Speech translation and multimodal learning
- 1 year of experience in self-supervised learning language processing contrastive learning or generative modeling specifically for speech AI applications
