Role Overview
As a senior member of our growing talent team youll lead full-cycle recruiting for our go-to-market functions: Sales Partnerships Marketing and Customer Success. Youll serve as a strategic talent partner to GTM leaders driving hiring strategies that align with revenue goals and long-term growth plans. Beyond delivering top-tier talent youll play a critical role in scaling our recruiting operations during a period of rapid expansion influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights mentoring junior recruiters and helping shape best-in-class talent practices for our commercial teams.
What Youll Do
Serve as a strategic talent partner to GTM leaders and hiring managers shaping hiring plans and advising on data-driven recruiting strategies aligned to revenue objectives.
Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for complex high-impact GTM roles including Sales Partnerships Marketing and Customer Success.
Proactively source and engage top-tier often passive commercial talent through creative and targeted outreach across multiple channels.
Lead calibrated screening and structured interview processes ensuring rigor consistency and a high hiring bar across all GTM functions.
Provide clear consultative updates to stakeholders influencing decisions through market insights pipeline data and GTM talent trends.
Deliver an exceptional high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through close serving as a brand ambassador for Harvey.
Drive continuous improvement of GTM recruiting workflows interview practices and documentation; identify and implement scalable solutions.
Partner closely with GTM leadership Finance and People to support workforce planning and headcount forecasting across commercial functions.
What You Have
5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM roles in fast-paced high-growth environments.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior sales and commercial leaders and operate as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter.
Deep experience hiring across GTM functions - from quota-carrying sales roles to partnerships marketing and pre post-sales.
Proven track record of building and executing sourcing strategies that yield high-quality diverse GTM candidate pipelines.
Strong understanding of GTM org structures sales motions and what great commercial talent looks like at different stages of company growth.
Deep familiarity with recruiting metrics funnel analytics and market insights with the ability to translate data into hiring decisions.
Proactive adaptable and solutions-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with tools like Ashby Gem Notion Slack and Google Workspace to drive efficient and scalable recruiting operations.
