Expression of Interest - Senior Business Support Officer (Infrastructure)

Infrastructure are calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from employees interested in a secondment opportunity in the position of Senior Business Support Officer for a period of 12 months commencing 15 June 2026 until15 June 2027.

This position supports the planning delivery and management of Councils civil and environmental infrastructure working closely with the Infrastructure Unit on key projects programs and community outcomes.

1. Certificate IV in Business Administration or other equivalent qualification or relevant industry experience.
2. Demonstrated experience in a fast pace administrative environment and contemporary knowledge of administration functions.
3. Demonstrated well developed written and verbal communications skills including the ability to draft high level correspondence reports and documents to high standards of accuracy and completeness and ability to communicate negotiate and liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated high level ability to prioritise workload meet deadlines and to accept challenges and succeed in a high volume rapidly changing environment.
5. Demonstrated high level understanding and ability to manage record keeping and to coordinate and monitor budget and expenditure information to assist with financial management of the team.

This position is in Grade 5 of Councils Salary system - $70803 to $81982 per annum.
