Senior Order Management Specialist 4333/month Onsite (Dublin Ireland) 69 Month Assignment

What Youll Own
- Manage the full order lifecycle including new business renewals amendments cancellations and account consolidations
- Review and validate quotes in Salesforce CPQ for pricing accuracy product configuration discounting and approvals
- Convert approved quotes into clean accurate orders and ensure smooth handoff into billing systems
- Oversee subscription setup and billing execution in Zuora aligning with contract terms
- Identify and resolve discrepancies across orders CPQ and billing workflows
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Deal Desk Billing and Finance to resolve issues and meet critical close deadlines
- Support month-end and quarter-end close ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time
- Maintain strong data integrity across systems and ensure compliance with internal controls (including SOX)
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Act as a go-to resource for internal stakeholders on order status corrections and escalations
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in Order Management Revenue Operations Sales Operations or Billing Operations
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora Billing
- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models
- Experience handling renewals amendments upgrades/downgrades and cancellations
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
