Job Summary
Available to work for the full duration of the FIFA World Cup Fan Zone (5 weeks from June 12th through July 18th) including nights weekends and available to work 12 hour shifts
Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently and be computer proficient to access/update customer records
Maintain a positive outgoing demeanor adhering to the core expectations of our team at all times and possess the ability to work as part of a team and get along with coworkers
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment and during stressful situations
Willing and comfortable working part of the daily shift outdoors in various weather conditions in June/July
Personable and proactive in assisting all guests with the highest level of customer service
Qualifications :
Experience working in a ticket office for a major sporting event team or venue
Previous experience working in hospitality sales or in a call center
Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
Knowledge of various ticketing programs
Additional Information :
Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).
The hourly rate for this position is $16/ hour. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.
