Junior Account Executive

Job Summary
As a Junior Account Executive you will be the face and voice of our company. Youll manage the full lifecycle of the customer experience-from the first hello to the final delivery.
Core Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and energy.
Sales Cycle Support: Provide accurate quotes process Purchase Orders (POs) and set up new customer accounts.
Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while proactively following up on leads.
Business Growth: Identify opportunities to grow our customer base and expand our market reach.
Data Integrity: Keep our CRM and account databases updated and accurate.
Schedule & Compensation
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (No weekends!)
Pay Structure: Competitive Base Salary Commission.
What Were Looking For
Communication Pros: You have excellent phone etiquette and can write clear professional emails.
Tech-Savvy: Strong basic computer skills (Microsoft Office CRM experience is a plus).
High Energy: You bring a positive attitude and a get-it-done mentality to the team.
Detail-Oriented: In manufacturing the little things matter. You take pride in accuracy.
