Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Field Marketing Manager in delivering budtender training in-store support and visual merchandising across New York retailers

• Partner with Sales and Brand Marketing to ensure consistent execution of brand messaging and merchandising initiatives

• Support planning and execution of B2B and B2C events retail activations and field programs across the New York territory

• Assist with end-to-end event execution including coordination with marketing social and sales teams and post-event recaps with insights and recommendations

• Support Brand Ambassador programs including administrative tasks compliance with policies and labor regulations and tracking of SWAG and merchandising deployment

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 2 years of experience in event planning field marketing trade marketing or related roles

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort working cross-functionally

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides Gmail Calendar Drive)

• Passion for the cannabis industry and experiential marketing

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation

• Ability to travel within New York territory as needed

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for events
