Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for project finance transactions
- Assist with financial structuring and feasibility analysis of infrastructure and energy projects
- Support transaction execution processes including due diligence and investor engagement
- Prepare investment memorandums presentations and transaction-related documentation
- Conduct financial analysis valuations and scenario modelling
- Engage with lenders investors legal teams and other project stakeholders
- Perform market and industry research to support strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Finance Degree preferred
- 25 years experience within:
- Project finance
- Corporate finance
- Investment banking
- Infrastructure finance
- Renewable energy finance
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of debt and equity funding structures
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Advantageous:
- Exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure projects
- CFA / FMVA / CIMA studies
- Experience working on transactions across Africa
