- Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior Food & Beverage management role.
- Proven experience within fine-dining environments.
- Strong accounting background with the ability to interpret and manage financial data.
- Financial degree (mandatory).
- Ability to effectively compile and present hospitality reports to the Financial Director.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Oversee and manage daily operations across two fine-dining restaurants ensuring consistency in service excellence and brand standards.
- Lead and develop management teams fostering a high-performance culture.
- Prepare analyse and present financial and operational reports to senior leadership.
- Manage budgets control costs and drive profitability across both outlets.
- Implement and monitor stock control procurement and inventory systems.
- Collaborate with executive chefs on menu development pricing strategies and costings.
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Oversee staff scheduling training and performance management.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
- Standardise processes and ensure consistency across both locations.
