What Youll Do

This role focuses on developing and managing Sales Enablement products/tools in support of:

  • Achieving revenue growth targets.

  • Attainment of key performance metrics with a specific focus on SOTI One platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full product lifecycle for sales enablement tools by helping with idea generation feature planning launches and ongoing improvements.

  • Assist in building product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and sales team priorities.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear simple product requirements.

  • Help keep product sales engineering cloud teams and professional services aligned through clear communication and coordination.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions are scalable maintainable and deliver strong value.

  • Review product usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements.

  • Help manage timelines track risks and support communication with stakeholders for assigned product areas.

  • Contribute to gotomarket activities including preparing training materials and internal enablement resources for new features.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

  • Exposure to product management and development.

  • Passion for product development and a strategic mindset.

  • Developing the minimum viable product (MVP) within a budget and timeline

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize technical and business information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and knowledge of project management tools (e.g. JIRA Aha ClickUp etc.).

Replacement Role - The targeted compensation range for this position typically falls between $50000 - $60000 annually. Final compensation is determined by education experience and internal equity principles.
