Job Summary

The Electrical Maintenance Planner is accountable for development of comprehensive work packages supporting excellence in execution of the right work at the right time by electricians including internal and external department resources for a broad cross-section of equipment.
The Basics:
- High School Diploma or GED-equivalent
- 3 years minimum experience in electrical maintenance activities within a heavy manufacturing environment needed
- In-depth experience with SAP CMMS required
- Working knowledge of SAP-PM and FMEA
- Working knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook Excel Teams Word PowerPoint Project)
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical engineering drawings
- Ability to communicate technically and effectively with CRM Engineers and Specialists as well as outside Contractors and Vendors
- Experience or design knowledge of cold rolling mill strongly desired including knowledge of coilers coil transport systems pickling lines. rolling mills shop equipment. pumps hydraulic systems lubrications desired
The Extras:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Industrial or Engineering-related programs or combined equivalent of education and experience
- Prefer 5 years experience in maintenance activities
- Business economics and six sigma knowledge preferred

WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Manage the planning element of the Asset Reliability Process (ARP) through application of accepted planning practices leveraging Maintenance Work Management Professional Maintenance organization processes and enabling technologies
- Develop Work Packages with the required level of detail to achieve effective and efficient scheduling and supporting maximum effectiveness and efficiency during execution including work safety
- Develop plans which assure minimum cost of Repair and Maintenance (R&M) and involve execution resources and other knowledgeable Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in plan development with the following:
- Walk-Down of identified work must be completed utilizing the Walk-Down Template
- Tasks Craft & Craft Duration Parts & Materials Services (rentals) estimating must be complete and accurate based on validated scope utilizing the Estimating Template
- Materials and non-human resources must not be missed however must not be wasted
- Supports scheduling and execution
