Electrical Engineer
Location: Tucson AZ - Onsite

Duration: Long Term

Note:

W2 and Visa Independent Candidates only
Aerospace and defense industry experience must have experience with clients like Northrop L3harris & Boeing is a plus.
Clearance required

Shift Schedule:
1st - 7am-4pm
2nd - 3pm to 12am
3rd - 11pm to 8am

Role Overview
Join the Electrical Engineering team supporting production by troubleshooting hardware issues preparing documentation and driving problems to resolution. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to keep builds moving forward.

Required Qualifications
5 10 years of experience
BSEE or equivalent
Hands-on experience with digital analog RF or mixed-signal systems
Skilled with lab equipment (oscilloscopes logic analyzers power supplies etc.)
Ability to read schematics PCB layouts and BoMs
Strong written and verbal communication

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot hardware and resolve production issues
Prepare change documentation for review boards
Own issue resolution projects from start to finish
Collaborate with suppliers and support production engineering activities
Drive process improvements using defect and yield data
