Global company that specializes in manufacturing semiconductor devices used in computer processing. The company also produces flash memories graphics processors motherboard chip sets and a variety of components used in consumer electronics goods.

Job Description:

THE ROLE:

The team operates in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment and is currently comprised of one fully dedicated and one partially dedicated Sales & Support specialist. Together they support all aspects of selling pre-production validation hardware to external customers with work managed through clear task ownership across a broad range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Externally Facing

• Serve as the primary interface with external customers
• Manage customer communications and demand planning
• Process quote requests
• Support purchase order fulfillment including providing regular status updates
• Provide RMA support

Internally Facing

• Perform supply planning and place purchase orders
• Manage and maintain price lists
• Oversee order management activities including fulfillment and invoicing

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication abilities excellent multitasking and organizational skills exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Previous sales support as well as demand/supply planning in the electronics industry
• Proficiency with MRP systems.
• Strong Excel skills
