Job Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead the content strategy creation and growth of three distinct brands across Instagram TikTok and LinkedIn.
This is more than a traditional social media role. You will act as both a Content Creator and Social Media Manager owning how each brand is positioned online while driving engagement visibility and business impact. You will work closely with the founder and have strong creative ownership over multiple brand identities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Editorial Planning
- Define and evolve the editorial direction tone content formats and posting cadence for each brand
- Build and manage quarterly editorial calendars aligned with campaigns launches and events
- Monitor social trends competitor activity and emerging high-performing content formats
Content Creation
- Create and produce engaging content for Instagram TikTok and LinkedIn including:
- Reels
- Carousels
- Stories
- Static posts
- Write compelling captions hooks CTAs and platform-specific copy
- Coordinate video production with freelancers and creatives
- Perform light video editing when needed
- Collaborate with designers or use tools like Canva/Figma for visual content creation
Publishing & Community Engagement
- Schedule and publish content across all social platforms
- Manage community engagement including comments DMs and partnership opportunities
- Support conversations around launches product drops and events
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor weekly KPIs including reach engagement audience growth and conversion performance
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing on formats hooks and posting schedules to improve results
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management or content creation within DTC e-commerce media or similar industries
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-performing social content with measurable results
- Strong expertise in Instagram and TikTok
- Experience independently managing social media accounts and content calendars
Skills & Tools
- Proficient in CapCut Canva and Notion
- Bonus: Figma Premiere Pro Metricool or Later
- Strong storytelling copywriting and creative direction skills
- Ability to manage multiple brand voices without losing consistency
- Business-minded approach with understanding of content performance and conversions
- Highly autonomous and proactive
Language Requirement
- Native or bilingual French writing skills with strong understanding of tone vocabulary and cultural nuances
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working with e-commerce brands generating 1M revenue
- Personal social media presence or active online community
- Advanced video shooting and editing skills
- Basic understanding of paid social campaigns and Meta Ads integration
