- Title: Product Manager - Customer MDM Platform (Reltio) & Customer API (Contract).
- Location: Madison WI.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product vision roadmap and backlog for the Customer MDM platform (Reltio) and related customer data products.
- Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to define customer master use cases (e.g. customer identity golden record hierarchy/relationships data quality).
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements epics user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Drive prioritization decisions using value risk dependencies and feasibility; communicate tradeoffs clearly.
- Enable and influence API-first customer data capabilities (defining API requirements consumer needs and integration patterns).
- Collaborate with data engineering architecture and delivery teams to support implementation release planning and iterative delivery (Agile).
- Establish and monitor key measures of success (adoption data quality match/merge performance latency availability etc.).
- Partner with governance/privacy stakeholders to ensure appropriate handling of PII consent/usage constraints data retention and access controls.
- Support change management by documenting capabilities communicating releases and enabling consumers of customer data products.
Required qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in Product Management (or closely related experience leading digital/data products end-to- end).
- Hands-on experience delivering products involving customer data (e.g. customer identity master data data quality customer 360).
- Experience with data products APIs and platform-style product ownership.
- Familiarity with data governance practices and privacy/PlI considerations.
- Strong stakeholder management communication and ability to drive alignment across multiple teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance industry (or similarly regulated industry).
- Prior experience with Customer MDM platforms; Reltio experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise data ecosystems and integrating with downstream analytical/operational systems.
