Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Healthcare Administration or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience preferably in healthcare or a high-volume environment
- Experience recruiting for clinical behavioral health or administrative roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as PeopleSoft Paycom or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of compliance credentialing and hiring standards within healthcare
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Only PREA will be required.
- Two years experience
- This role works closely with hiring managers and operational leadership to ensure timely hiring compliance with civil service and credentialing requirements and alignment with organizational workforce needs.
