Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Specialist to support daily office operations client communication financial administration and data management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Office CRM systems ERP systems E-Automate and Google Suite.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks to support smooth business operations
- Provide professional customer service to clients vendors and internal team members
- Maintain accurate records files reports and business documentation
- Assist with client communication through phone email and other business platforms
- Support financial operations such as invoices billing purchase orders payment tracking and basic reporting
- Enter update and maintain information in CRM and ERP systems
- Use E-Automate to assist with business operations records service details or related administrative functions
- Prepare and update documents spreadsheets reports and forms using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Use Google Suite including Gmail Google Drive Google Docs and Google Sheets for communication and file management
- Review and analyze data to help improve workflows and internal processes
- Coordinate with team members to support scheduling operations and customer needs
- Ensure all information is organized accurate and updated in a timely manner
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
- Minimum 2 years of CRM experience such as Salesforce Oracle HubSpot Zoho or similar platforms
- Minimum 2 years of ERP experience
- Experience with E-Automate is strongly required
- Minimum 2 years of Google Suite experience including Google Drive Gmail Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage records documents reports and office tasks accurately
- Basic finance or accounting support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior office administrative customer service or operations support experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
