We are actively hiring an experienced T-LPN for an excellent contract opportunity with Southeast Colorado Hospital District located in Springfield.

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3x12 Days
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $36 $39/hr
Non-Taxable: $864/week
Taxable: $576/week
Total Gross Pay: $1440/week

Requirements

Active LPN License
Basic Life Support / Basic Cardiac Life Support
Minimum experience: Less than 1 year accepted
LTC experience preferred
Strong patient care and charting skills

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care for long-term care residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Maintain accurate documentation
Coordinate with healthcare teams for continuity of care
