Job Title: UAT Quality Analyst
Location: Providence RI- Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary:
- 5-7 years of experience in system analysis UAT and test case design/execution
- Ability to generate and analyze data reports from backend data repositories
- Experience working with Integrated Eligibility Systems with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated to learn and apply state policy documents to data validation
- Skilled in translating policy/business requirements into reusable data query scripts
- Validate KPI (Key Performance Indicator) metrics
- Provide support to field operations teams as needed
- Participate in and guide system design sessions
- Prepare documentation to demonstrate application changes to state leadership
- Collaborate with vendors and state agencies for system integration and file/data validation
- Proficient in SQL for query review and data validation
- Experience designing eligibility-related software application suites
- Strong problem identification and technical issue resolution skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both IT and non-IT stakeholders (6 years)
- Flexible adaptable and able to build strong working relationships with customers
- Capable of independently developing solutions test plans and job aids for new business processes
- Experienced in business process analysis use cases process flows and gap analysis
- Skilled in SQL and ad hoc reporting; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Experience with social service programs (e.g. SNAP TANF Medicaid etc.) and related business processes
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize and follow complex technical/financial procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree or higher preferred
