Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Quality Technician to work with our client in Racho Santa Margarita CA. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Job Decription:

The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita CA provides precision-machined components that power industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
In this role you will support mechanical inspection processes on day shift. Through on-the-job training you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated inspection operations including performing visual inspections under a microscope and operating precision inspection equipment. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position. Tekberry seeks a self-motivated organized detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced multicultural environment and values teamwork. The start time for this position is between 5:00am and 7:00am.

Qualifications:

• Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
• Strong manual dexterity
• High volume parts inspection and handling
• Automated inspection equipment operation
• Microscopic visual inspection
• Precision pin thread and ring gaging
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
• Ability to interpret specifications including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) (preferred)

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Some college or technical coursework preferred
