Wiseman Endodontics is a specialty dental practice known for clinical excellence exceptional patient comfort and a calm compassionate approach to care. We are looking for a dependable friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Patient Support Coordinator to join our team and help create an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people staying organized communicating clearly and being part of a close-knit healthcare team. Experience in a dental medical or patient-care setting is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic a positive attitude and a desire to grow.
What Youll Do
As a Front Desk Patient Support Coordinator you will help support the daily flow of the practice while making patients feel welcomed cared for and informed.
Responsibilities Include:
Patient Welcome & Support
Create a calm friendly and professional first impression for patients and visitors.
Phone & Patient Communication
Answer phone calls assist patients with questions communicate clearly and help coordinate patient needs throughout the day.
Scheduling & Appointment Coordination
Schedule confirm and manage appointments to help keep the day running smoothly.
Patient Intake & Checkout
Collect and update patient information process payments assist with forms and support a smooth checkout process.
Administrative Support
Assist with insurance-related information verify documents prepare reports and letters scan and file records and maintain organized patient documentation.
Referral & Office Coordination
Communicate with referring dental and healthcare offices support the clinical team and help keep the reception area clean organized and welcoming.
Patient Experience
Look for ways to make each patients visit feel easier calmer and more supported.
