Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Provide L1L2 technical support via calls emails chat and ticketing tools
  • Troubleshoot hardware software OS network and application issues
  • Handle incident request and access management as per SLA
  • Perform user account management AD password reset mailbox VPN
  • Monitor update and resolve tickets using ITSM tools ServiceNow Remedy etc
  • Escalate issues to L2L3 teams with proper documentation
  • Support Windows Office 365 Outlook Teams and basic networking
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution and clear communication
  • Adhere to ITIL processes SOPs and compliance standards
  • Maintain knowledge base and provide shifthandover updates
