Rocky Bay is seeking a passionate and experienced Advanced Clinician Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cockburn Central on a full-time basis.

About the Role

You will manage a diverse caseload of customers with varying levels of complexity tailored to your experience and clinical expertise. The role offers exposure to a broad range of diagnoses including neurodiverse therapy providing ongoing opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge.

As an Advanced Clinician Occupational Therapist you will also provide clinical leadership mentoring and supervision to therapists supporting the development of their core skills and competencies. This is a customer-facing role with adjusted billable targets to reflect the senior responsibilities of the position.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated experience delivering occupational therapy services ideally within disability or community settings
• Minimum 4 years experience required for Senior OT level
• Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant Allied Health discipline and previous experience in a similar disability-sector role is highly desirable
