Shift: Variable Days 12-Hour Shifts

Traveler Pay: $24$26/HR ($828$897 Weekly) (Based on Experience)
Local Pay: $21$23/HR ($724$793 Weekly) (Based on Experience)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Ellendale. The ideal candidate will provide direct resident care and support daily living activities while maintaining patient dignity comfort and safety in a long-term care environment. This position requires strong teamwork communication skills and the ability to respond effectively to resident needs in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Support resident mobility transfers and repositioning to help prevent pressure injuries
• Measure and record vital signs including blood pressure temperature pulse and respirations
• Assist with feeding hydration and monitoring dietary intake
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards including proper PPE usage and hand hygiene
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and care requests
• Promote resident comfort safety and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation and follow facility protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience required
• Active North Dakota CNA license required
• Current BLS certification required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting with a patient-centered approach
• Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills
