Job Description

Main objectives

Provide legal support to the distribution sales partnership and procurement operational teams

Provide legal support in respect of competition law and consumer law aspects

Other tasks based on the interests and skills of the relevant candidate

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

The successful candidate will assist in a number of tasks including the following:

• Participate to the drafting negotiation and follow up of the execution of wide variety of contracts (franchise broker partnership sales IT) as well as drafting amendments

• Assisting in pre-litigation matters (advice to the teams drafting letters)

• Carrying out research and drafting notes on specific legal questions primarily related to distribution and/or competition law in order to provide pragmatic legal recommendations mainly in English

• Assistance with the competition law training program

• Assist in the management of contract documentation flow approvals reporting and archiving consistent with internal processes

• Preparing a monthly legal newsletter for the legal team

• Collaborating more widely with the entire legal team

• Any other administrative tasks which may be required.

ending their Master in business / distribution / competition law or trainee lawyer (PPI)

Strong general understanding of business / distribution / competition law and commercial contracts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
