What we offer

As part of the Group Finance Business Process & Excellence the Business Process Owner (BPO) is responsible for the end-to-end ownership stability and continuous improvement of the Record to Report process at group level. The role is key to safeguard the Finance Core Model following the deployment of SAP 4 Hana and satellite systems in Southern Europe (2025) and Northern Europe (2026).This position is newly created to ensure the sustainability and scalability of the Finance Core Model acting as a cornerstone of Finance excellence and performance.

What will your daily life be like

• Ensure end-to-end ownership of the R2R process post Go-Live for the regions live with the new IT landscape.
• Safeguard the Finance Core Model including process design controls and configurations.
• Ensure consistent and sustainable execution across regions and entities.
• Secure high level of automation and the benefits of the implemented solution.
• Validateprioritize and govern change requests deviations and improvements.
• Act as a key interface between Finance IT and regional teams ensuring alignment and driving decision-making: Coordinate with IT to ensure a controlled system evolution animate and support the key user community across the group.
• Maintain process documentation and training materials run training sessions when needed.
• Contribute to performance monitoring and continuous improvement identify and drive automation levers and digital opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Secure strong cooperation and alignment with the Project R2R stream leader.
• Support potential new local implementations sharing system knowledge and deployment experience.

You are the right person for this position if:

Must have

• 35 years of experience in the R2R process.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA in a post-go-live environment.
• Strong understanding of finance processes controls and data governance.
• Ability tooperatein a multi-country Group environment.
• Interest in and experience with AI tools are a plus.
• Fluent professional English.

You have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
