Lead and coordinate the endtoend legalentity and operational separation for China ensuring Day1 readiness with minimal business disruption. Provide dedicated support to Finance for carveout financials audit readiness and regulatory filings. Serve as the local PMO interface into the regional program and drive crossfunctional execution across commercial operations and finance stakeholders
Key responsibilities
Own and maintain the integrated China separation plan covering legalentity separation operational cutovers systems/data separation TSAs and commercial/service transitions.
Define and track critical path dependencies milestones and decision points for China; ensure Day1 readiness for each impacted entity or operating model.
Provide direct finance support: coordinate carveout financials prepare auditready documentation and work with local Finance teams and external auditors on filings and reconciliations.
Drive crossfunctional execution across IT Finance Supply Chain Commercial Legal Tax HR and Regulatory to capture requirements and resolve dependencies.
Manage systems cutovers and data migrations impacting China (Financial ordertocash interfaces); define cutover windows and minimize operational impact.
Lead distributor/partner contract segregation and transition activities specific to China: identify contractual changes coordinate legal review and support negotiation/implementation.
Maintain and own the RAID (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) register for China; proactively drive mitigation and escalate as required.
Coordinate with auditors advisors and potential buyers on diligence requests related to China operations and financials.
Run China cluster governance deliver concise executive reporting and raise escalation to Local Steer Co or Regional forums as required.
Lead and coach the local separation team and manage external vendors/consultants supporting China activities.
Ensure compliance with Chinese regulatory tax and customs requirements relevant to separation activities and engage regulatory stakeholders early.
