What You Will Get To Do:

This role works in close partnership with senior leaders to support the design and delivery of meaningful change & transformation across the Asset Services APAC. The Senior Business Analyst contributes to enterprisewide initiatives such as automation & AI programs operating model evolution and transition or integration programs helping leaders navigate complexity and deliver sustainable outcomes for APAC Asset Services clients.

As a trusted adviser the Senior Business Analyst brings together strategic priorities operational insight and delivery expertise to help translate vision into practical wellconsidered solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Transformation Delivery

  • Lead endtoend business analysis across complex multistream transformational initiatives within Asset Services.

  • Analyse currentstate processes and data flows to identify risks inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

  • Support enterprise change programs including operating model transformation platform modernisation client transitions and mergers and acquisitions.

  • Translate business strategy into clear problem statements solution options and delivery roadmaps.

  • Conduct impact assessments gap analysis feasibility studies and benefits analysis to inform decisionmaking.

  • Develop highquality artefacts including business cases solution designs delivery estimates and strategic recommendations.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation process simplification and technology enablement within Asset Services.

Business Analysis & Solution Definition

  • Elicit analyse and document business functional nonfunctional and data requirements aligned to regulatory operational and client servicing needs.

  • Produce clear and consumable artefacts such as requirements user stories process models data flows and acceptance criteria.

  • Identify and evaluate solution options in partnership with architects technology teams and stakeholders to determine optimal outcomes.

  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture business capabilities and longterm strategy.

  • Design futurestate operating models and process optimisations.

  • Support UAT including test scenario definition execution support and defect management.

Sakeholder Engagement & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders providing insight challenge and pragmatic recommendations.

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with executives operations technology and client teams.

  • Effectively manage senior stakeholder relationships across internal functions clients and thirdparty providers.

  • Support client engagements including discovery workshops solution presentations and new business opportunities.

Delivery Enablement & Governance

  • Partner with delivery product and operational teams to support initiative prioritisation scope definition resource demand risks and benefits.

  • Support or lead discovery phases in line with defined delivery frameworks and governance standards.

  • Provide ongoing support through implementation testing UAT and transition to BAU.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis standards tools and methodologies across the organisation.

What You Will Bring:

  • Extensive experience (typically 810 years) as a Senior Business Analyst within Asset Services / Financial Services including:

  • Transfer Agency / Unit Registry

  • Fund Administration / Fund Accounting

  • Custody Superannuation or Pension Funds

  • Proven experience delivering strategic transformational initiatives including operating model change platform migrations or M&A/transition programs.

  • Strong understanding of investment products such as managed funds superannuation and related asset servicing workflows.

  • Expertise in requirements elicitation solution design stakeholder facilitation and enterpriselevel analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to assess the business impact of technology change at an enterprise scale.

  • Experience operating across Agile Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.

  • Exceptional communication influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
