Impact

• You have 10 years of experience in Finance Data Strategy or Business Intelligence demonstrating a balance of financial acumen and technical proficiency.
• You have an undergraduate degree in Finance Economics or a related quantitative field (an MBA is preferred).
• You have the ability to act as a strategic translator taking nuanced business and financial requests and simplifying them into actionable requirements for a technical team.
• You have a high degree of curiosity especially in AI and business savvy with a track record of asking the right questions to challenge business logic and ensure reporting reflects the true drivers of the P&L.
• You have technical self-sufficiency with the ability to work directly in SQL Excel and BI platforms to coach the teams work validate results against a source of truth and build financial models.
• You have exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to summarize complex data into simple compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• You have a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration effectively bridging the gap and building relationships between technical teams and business-focused partners.
• You have a strong leadership presence with experience managing people and helping a team prioritize high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment.

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham San Francisco or Minneapolis to be hybrid which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate collaborate and spark team -office expectations will vary by role and leader.
