NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a dedicated QSR Restaurant District Manager / Area Director to join our team in Fort Wayne. This full-time on-site role presents an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and ensure operational excellence across the district.

In this role you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction driving sales growth and implementing best practices across our locations. You will lead a team of managers and staff fostering a culture of high performance and accountability while aligning with our companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations of multiple QSR locations to ensure compliance with company standards
Drive sales growth and enhance profitability through effective management strategies
Recruit train and develop restaurant management teams
Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high service standards
Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations
Analyze financial performance and develop action plans for improvement
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
Manage inventory and ensure proper supply chain operations

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
5 years of experience in the restaurant industry with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Knowledge of QSR operations and best practices
Willingness to travel within the district as needed
