CIVIL FORMAN

Magic Overseas HR Consultancy, located in Kerala Estate, India, is seeking a dedicated Civil Forman to join our team. As a leading provider of HR solutions, we are committed to excellence in recruitment and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction site operations

- Manage and guide construction workers and subcontractors

- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project plans

- Monitor site safety and maintain discipline on site

- Coordinate with engineers and project managers

- Check quality of materials and workmanship

- Prepare daily work progress reports

- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials

Requirements & Skills:

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil construction

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to read construction drawings

- Knowledge of safety regulations and site management

- UAE/GCC experience preferred
