Job Description:

Role:District Account Manager

Location: Pune

Role Overview:

The role will be responsible for Sales of Ethicon WoundClosure &Bio Surgeryportfolio inKey Private accounts as well as few govt accounts in Mumbai. The individual is also responsible for KOL Management / Market Development Activities / OT demonstrations for the defined territory. Achieves/exceeds sales targets for the business within a designated territory and in a manner consistent with the CREDO company policy and goals. The Individual Contributor is responsible for closing the sale and positively impacting customers satisfaction. Has thorough knowledge of the products responsible and maintains a good understanding of customers needs as well as competitive developments in themarketplace. Develops long-term positive customer relationships building loyalty and confidence in J&J Medical as a preferred supplier

Key Responsibilities :

  • Entry to developing individual contributor who works under close supervision.

  • Helps implement projects programs and processes in support of the organizations overall Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems strategy.

  • Applies theoretical knowledge of the Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.

  • Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians initiatives.

  • Contributes to projects programs or processes for the Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians area.

  • Integrates methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organizations Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians strategy.

  • Generates growth initiatives within the clinical sales area by reviewing consumer analytics and communicating data-driven sales and customer retention strategies.

  • Attends to cases in customer accounts and advises physicians on clinical attributes or techniques associated with products.

  • Implements growth initiatives and improves competitive positioning through innovative sales and customer retention strategies.

  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Education :

  • You will be any graduate or MBA preferably

  • You will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in healthcare required.
