Primary Responsibilities:

• Teach swimmers with varying abilities and special needs through our Golden Learner program using adaptive teaching techniques in accordance with our proprietary curriculum
• Provide individualized support encouragement and positive reinforcement to swimmers
• Foster a safe patient and inclusive learning environment
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding swimmer progress and achievements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the best experience for all swimmers

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working with children especially children with special needs preferred
• Patient compassionate and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual swimmer needs
• High energy and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in the water and leading group or one-on-one instruction
• Must pass background examinations prior to training
