Job Summary
- This role is for our Greenwood IN warehouse. HOWEVER you will be required to travel to Columbus until August for training.
Shift Information 1st Shift 6AM-230PM
- Overtime may be required for shift coverage or operational needs
Key Responsibilities
- Enter inbound freight from Bills of Lading (BOL) into CDM and route to proper locations
- Verify skid count and document any damages or shortages on the BOL; obtain driver initials
- Update the inbound schedule in Microsoft Teams
- Monitor radio communications and collaborate with the cross-dock team to resolve inbound issues
- Scan checked out paperwork and file documentation appropriately

Qualifications :
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
Experience
- Previous experience in dispatch logistics or transportation preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams shipping systems and general office software
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Additional Information :
Pay/Benefits/Perks
- $18.20
- Accrue up to five days PTO in first year
