Warehouse Clerk

Pay Rate: $17/hour - If youre looking for a more flexible way to get paid we have DailyPay available.

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving inventory control order fulfillment and delivery of materials across the property. This role ensures accurate inventory management safe handling of goods and timely distribution to internal departments while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What You Will Do:

• Receive inspect and process incoming shipments using inventory systems (Oracle/ERP)
• Verify quantities condition and accuracy of items; report discrepancies or damages
• Follow inventory control procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
• Organize label and store inventory properly
• Pick pull and stage materials based on internal requests
• Prepare package and secure outgoing shipments
• Obtain delivery documentation and signatures when required
• Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Optimize warehouse organization and space utilization
• Support internal teams and project managers with material requests
• Deliver materials throughout the resort as needed
• Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE
• Communicate effectively with team members and internal customers
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting and moving materials
• Previous warehouse inventory or logistics experience preferred
• Experience in hospitality retail or high-volume environments is a plus
• Familiarity with Oracle or ERP inventory systems preferred
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Forklift certification is a plus
