Job Summary
SRM Concrete is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Division Sales Manager to lead business development efforts within our Dallas-Fort Worth market. This strategic role is ideal for an individual with a competitive mindset and a proactive hunter approach to sales. You will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities developing relationships with key stakeholders and driving revenue growth in alignment with SRMs Responsibilities:Market Development & Strategy: Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge market intelligence and proactive outreach Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and decision-making processes to position SRM Concrete early in the project lifecycle from planning to Cycle Ownership: Manage the complete sales process including lead generation qualification proposals negotiations contract finalization and post-sale customer Strategy: Tailor sales strategies to fit the unique needs of each client fostering long-term relationships that deliver mutual Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership operations dispatch and quality control teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer Coordination: Collaborate with Billing & Credit departments to ensure timely and accurate billing while addressing and resolving any payment Service Oversight: Support field operations by maintaining communication with clients monitoring project progress and promptly resolving Promotion: Represent SRM Concrete at industry events networking opportunities and community functions to strengthen brand presence and Competencies:Strategic mindset with a strong sense of initiative and communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead client discussions and influence ability to identify opportunities and execute cold outreach understanding of the regional market and ability to craft effective solutions for diverse customer and professionalism under pressure with a customer-first to organize and prioritize a dynamic schedule while maintaining focus on key in building and maintaining trusted client relationships becoming a true advisor in the to develop subject matter expertise in the concrete and construction materials :Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.5-10 years of experience in construction construction sales or related industries.5-10 years of experience managing high performance in standard digital tools and CRM in contractor estimating or project management is a drivers license with a clean driving record is Environment:Frequent travel to regions within division to visit sales managers sales team members job sites and to outdoor conditions including variable weather construction activity dust and of office-based tasks and fieldwork; ability to walk stand and navigate job sites as SRM Concrete:SRM Concrete is one of the fastest-growing and most respected construction material companies in the nation.
