This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to shape the culture and operational excellence of a brand-new establishment in the vibrant restaurant industry.

As the Restaurant General Manager you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests while driving profitability and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with culinary and service teams to implement innovative practices that elevate our offerings and promote a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in establishing a strong foundation for our new restaurant where your leadership will set the tone for a successful launch and sustained growth.

We offer a competitive salary range of $76000 - $86000 annually along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement within our expanding company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recruit train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory ordering and vendor relationships to maintain product quality
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management

  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Hospitality Management is a plus
