As the Restaurant General Manager you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests while driving profitability and efficiency. We offer a competitive salary range of $76000 - $86000 annually along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement within our expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Recruit train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory ordering and vendor relationships to maintain product quality
• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Familiarity with restaurant management software
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Hospitality Management is a plus
