Customer Service Representative

Elko Motor Company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person.
• Assist customers with product information service scheduling and resolving concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our database.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency including experience with CRM software is a plus.
