Job Summary
Work Days: 6 days per week (1 weekday off) (Weekend availability mandatory )
Work Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
A premium organic latex mattress brand offering 100% certified organic latex products designed for health-conscious customers who value sustainability luxury and long-term comfort. We follow an education-based premium selling approach rather than discount-driven sales.
- Call and follow up with leads generated from ads website walk-ins and referrals
- Introduce Kotson Mattress and explain key benefits of organic latex
- Qualify customers and understand their sleep concerns and requirements
- Book showroom appointments for interested prospects
- Maintain proper follow-up schedules and CRM updates
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries and respond professionally
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals
- Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up
Qualifications :
1. Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Telugu/Hindi preferred)
2. Clear confident and pleasant voice
3. Strong persuasion and listening skills
4. Basic computer knowledge (Excel CRM WhatsApp Web)
5. Ability to explain premium products without focusing on discounts
6. Target-oriented mindset
