What Youll Be Doing:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global talent attraction strategies;
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles focusing on high-demand talent;
- Actively source interview and select exceptional candidates leveraging innovative tools and methods;
- Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for candidates ensuring an outstanding experience;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs culture and values and provide strategic recruitment insights;
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel;
- Innovate and utilize technology including AI tools to streamline sourcing and selection processes;
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen the companys employer branding and align it with hiring strategies;
- Drive initiatives to continuously improve hiring processes enhance the employer brand and implement best practices.
What You Need To Succeed:
- Solid experience in full-cycle talent attraction and selection with proven success in closing senior-level roles;
- Exceptional online candidate sourcing skills using global platforms and recruitment tools;
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics to inform decisions and improve processes;
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools or similar as part of daily routines in Attracting and selection recruitment or other HR activities including automations and process optimizations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and global sourcing strategies;
- Startup/scale-up mindset with a desire to achieve great results in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent English is a must (written and spoken);
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
- Curiosity and agility to adapt swiftly in a dynamic high-growth landscape.
