Sr Mfg Eng Supervisor (Maintenance Supervisor)

As a Sr Mfg Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell you will lead and oversee the maintenance operations and equipment repairs to ensure optimal manufacturing equipment performance minimize downtime and support production goals. You will be responsible for managing a maintenance team and developing maintenance strategies.

In this role you will impact on the overall manufacturing process by ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards thereby supporting production continuity safety and will report directly to ourManufacturing Eng Managerand youll work in ourLugoj Timislocation on anOn-Sitework schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mentor and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life.
• Manage maintenance budgets resources and schedules to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards within maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing goals and continuous improvement projects.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair activities to minimize production disruptions.
• Drive initiatives for maintenance process improvements using lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Preparing reports on maintenance activities costs and equipment reliability for upper management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing maintenance management or a similar role with at least 3 years in maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment maintenance strategies and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and tools (CMMS).
• Ability to manage budgets resources and lead teams effectively.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance related to manufacturing maintenance.
• Proficiency in English (upper intermediate speaking and writing).
