As a Sr Adv Mfg Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the Manufacturing Test engineering team to ensure the successful execution of test manufacturing processes and the delivery of high-quality products. You will lead efforts to optimize Test manufacturing operations improve test & operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test manufacturing processes that align with business objectives. You will report directly to ourManufacturing Eng Managerand youll work in ourLugoj Timislocation on anOn-Sitework schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and enhance technical KPIs including failure rates intervention counts average repair times and mean time between failures
• Evaluate current testing systems for standardization
• Oversee complex areas of expertise including preventive and predictive maintenance calibration and legacy solutions
• Develop new testing system solutions when necessary aligning with team expertise and business priorities
• Establish and lead ad-hoc task force teams with varied expertise to achieve clear measurable outcomes
• Responsibility for implementing local and/or external management decisions and empowering the team to embrace changes
• Take responsibility for training and developing the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering electronics electrical engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record in developing and implementing testing processes and equipment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading complex teams
• Strong knowledge in maintenance and operation of testing systems along with technical skills to perform assigned tasks
• Proficiency in English
