The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking anAssistant Director of Workforce Development Enrollment & Operationsto lead the daytoday enrollment operations supporting Workforce Development (WD) and Employer Partnerships. This role provides operational leadership across systems processes and people to ensure studentcentered efficient and scalable enrollment services aligned with institutional and workforce priorities.
As a key operational partner to the Director of Operations and Assistant Vice President (AVP) this position translates divisional strategy into effective executiondriving continuous improvement strengthening crossfunctional collaboration and ensuring highquality service delivery for students employers and internal partners.

Enrollment Operations Leadership:
Lead and oversee Workforce Development enrollment operations across multiple systems and communication channels
Ensure enrollment services are studentcentered efficient and aligned with institutional and workforce priorities
Translate divisional goals into operational workflows tools and team execution
Serve as an operational partner to the Director and AVP supporting implementation of enrollment strategies
Team Leadership & Development:
Supervise coach and develop frontline enrollment staff
Foster a highperforming serviceoriented team culture focused on accuracy responsiveness and continuous improvement
Support staffing models scheduling and workload balancing using datainformed insights
Process Optimization & Systems Alignment:
Design evaluate andoptimizeenrollment workflows systems and processes to improve efficiency accuracy and scalability
Identifygaps across CRM registration and communication systems and partner with IT and functional teams to implement solutions
Recommend and implement process and policy enhancements that support service quality and enrollment outcomes
CrossFunctional Collaboration & Alignment:
Serve as a liaison between Workforce Development Employer Partnerships One Stop the Registrar and IT
Ensure enrollment operations are aligned across departments and integrated with institutional systems and standards
Support consistentaccurate andtimelycommunication with students employers and internal stakeholders
Data Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
Establish monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enrollment operations and service delivery
Analyze enrollment and service data toidentifytrends risks and opportunities for improvement
Provide datainformed insights and recommendations to support leadership decisionmaking
Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation decisions
Work Environment & Flexibility:
Occasional evening and weekend hours may berequiredto supportspecial eventsor operational needs

WhatWereLooking For:
Bachelors degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Four (4) or more years of progressive experience in enrollment operations student services or a related field
Previoussupervisory or team leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fastpaced serviceoriented environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements
Experience designing improving and scaling workflows systems and processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Additional Instructions For Applicants:
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring managers discretion. All candidates must reside within or be willing to relocate to a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
